camps.
In Spring 2007 , Adrian Crane of Team Karma will attempt Everest for the second time from the North Side
Adrian leaves on April 1st and will join with a team of Dutch climbers to attempt the mountain from the North, Tibetan, side. Adrian will be accompanied by Johnathan Crane, Christopher Crane and by Derek Castle all of Modesto. They will constitute his 'California Sherpas'. Johnathan and Christopher are Adrian's sons with experience from Aconcagua and California 14000ft mountains. Derek is a member of Shadowchase running club and has climbing experience in California.
Adrians Adventure Sports Resume
After an acclimatisation trek in Nepal the team will arrive in Base Camp on April 14th to prepare to begin climbing. Camps and supplies will be put in place during April. A summit attempt will be made in May. It's impossible to know the exact summit date since it depends on the weather, preparations and health. A best guess date is about May 25th.
